Christmas Cards Joulukortit

 Tässä ovat kirjekavereille tänä vuonna lähettämäni joulukortit. Singaporeen ja Hongkongiin lähti Minna Immosen jouluiset kaupunkimaalaukset ja Norjaan, Espanjaan ja Ghanaan omista maalauksistani teettämät kortit. Tilasin kortit Moo.com:ista (koska edellinenkin tilaus onnistui mukavasti, eikä hinta ollut päätä huimaava) ja näytän niistä loputkin myöhemmin. Lisäksi lähetin Venäjälle jouluisen muumikortin ja pari Inge Löökin mummoa swappina. 

Here are the Christmas cards I sent to some of my penpals this year. I sent two Christmas city cards by Minna Immonen and three cards printed of my own paintings through Moo.com. I ordered the first Moo cards two years ago and they turned out fine (and the price was ok too) so I recently made a new order. I'll show more of those cards later. I also sent a Christmas moomin card and two Inge Löök's auntie cards to my Russian swap pal.

How to Transfer Sketch onto Painting Surface

As I've mentioned before, I don't usually draw my sketches for paintings straight onto watercolor paper or canvas. I draw the sketch on a separate paper, where it's easier to erase and clean up the outlines and then transfer the finished sketch onto my painting surface. In this  blog post I'll list five different methods to transfer your drawing onto the painting surface. They're all either cheap or completely free. Some require a computer or other technology and some don't.
